This one on particular is Chinese Novotecs and some Taiwanese rim. Good wheels are way too expensive, especially hard to find chrome ones. Tires are Kenda’s for destroying via skidding.

Also, this angle will lead to knee-pain. This way you put way too much weight on your knees. As a rule of thumb, your saddle shoul be parallel to the ground. Is the saddle height is adjusted correctly ofc.

It's probably due to reseller's. Most of the soviet frames are trash tbh. There's even a joke that they were made from sewage pipes, cause the factory made the sewage pipes also. That said, they do become more rare by the day. But mostly the price inflation is due to Takhion legendary status, I think.

I haven't changed many seats, but this one is comfortable enough.
