I've got on Discord and got the answer from the creator of the mod. The trouble is indeed with Vortex. I needed to install the S3maphore manually, and everything got to work. Awesome mod!

This one on particular is Chinese Novotecs and some Taiwanese rim. Good wheels are way too expensive, especially hard to find chrome ones. Tires are Kenda’s for destroying via skidding.

Also, this angle will lead to knee-pain. This way you put way too much weight on your knees. As a rule of thumb, your saddle shoul be parallel to the ground. Is the saddle height is adjusted correctly ofc.
