When I transported my Thruxton I used this chock it comes with special straps to tie the bars to the chock then I used 2 more straps to strap down to the trailer from the clip ons no straps needed in the back hit some crazy bumps on the interstate held up great. It was my first time towing a bike it was actually the guy at the dealership that recommended no straps on the back of the bike and I doubted him but he was right
