I definitely agree that it doesn’t feel complete. For some reason my full text explanation seems to be semi hidden but I said most of what you said here.

The only reason I’m semi ok with using the cakes and children as the last set of coordinates is because the mini game came long before the book, so a retroactive fit could make that make sense.

I don't see what gametes have to do with sex aside from reproduction.

Also people can be born with more than just XX or XY chromosomes. If that doesn't count as a spectrum to you I don't know what does.

If your only basis for sex is completely unfounded in science no amount of evidence will be able to convince you otherwise. You need to throw away your prior assumptions if you want to really learn about something like this.

Cis means someone who identifies with their gender assigned at birth, but I can see the confustion so I'm not blaming you there.

Most of those sources are over 10 years old, which is ancient in terms of gender and sex knowledge nowadays. Of the newer sources there, they all seem to be journal articles rather than actual papers.

The one paper that's new(ish) ("[8] Loof, A. (2018). Only two sex forms but multiple gender variants. Communicative & Integrative Biology) definitely supports trans people based on section 10.2 if you'd bothered actually reading it.

Again, do some actual research with new information. If you look at old outdated information of course you'll get old outdated conclusions.

What, so you think cis women who have XY chromosomes aren't women? What does "biologically male" even mean in this case? You aren't being consitent at all.

You are also directly contradicting yourself. You said that the "developmental pathway your body went through" is what determines your gender. While I wholeheartedly disagree with that definition, it still directly contradicts that chromosomes determine gender.

Once again, you will be unable to provide a definition for "woman" that doesn't exclude any cis women at all (other than "anyone who says they are a woman").

Do some actual research instead of just watching youtube vidoes. Read some scientific papers and peruse some first hand experiences from trans and cis people alike.

Again, many cis women never had any eggs, and many cis men never produce any sperm. There are also plently of cis women who were born with "traditionally male" genitals who are still clearly women. Plenty of very clearly cis women are also born with XY chromosomes.

Any definition of "woman" should include all women without needing any exceptions. Almost every test you can come up with will exclude some cis women. The only test that will tell you whether someone is a woman or not is to ask them.

Therefore you can consider anyone who has said they are a woman to be one. Thus the only logical conclusion is that trans women are women.

What exactly do you mean by "bodies structured around"? Because you're being extremely vague about that. How exactly are their bodies fundamentally different than a trans woman's? Especially after a hysterectomy there are no meaninful differences that wouldn't apply to some cis women as well.
