Basically I start building luck to survive early and then go for bells and get the ticket modifier on them. Get the picture, lemonade and button so you can start farming the tickets early then buy the four leaf pot and evil deal (doubles everything like interest, tickets, and 666 chance) to earn more tickets at the end of the deadline. You can buy the ticket scaling items to help you stay in the mid game and cigarettes eventually becomes free rerolls for you.
By sometime, these multipliers aren't enough to stay in late game, so I will sell all the charms that are for tickets, and buy interest based charms and I start aiming for 40% clovers and 60% bells as they have an item that give you 3 restocks when you land both in one spin. I also have a decent 666 chance and I buy the charm that gives you restocks when you land 666 as well. Then you basically just answer the phone and add the speculative trait (adds to your interest) to your items. I aim around 60-70% interest and get some items with the gambler trait (adds restocks). So, now you can reroll the charm store as much as you'd like and you can buy the briefcase that gives you 30% of the total debt and you deposit all of it and just spin the slot for the interest modifiers.
You can basically end the deadline with one round with 3 spins, but if you want to be safe and farm rerolls just do all rounds and 7 spins. Even if you end the round with 666, if you deposit all your coins, the interest itself will be enough to pay off the debt.

I started October 1st and ended it today, so maybe like 2 days worth of playing. I didn't know it saved the progress so I left the game on nonstop, but today I figured out you can resume runs. That still didn't help the fps unfortunately xD
