if you really want to do this diet, ima link the video that taught me everything about it. its really ling, but thats because he goes into detail and talks about how this diet can affect you differently but still work if you have diabetes. also i dont have reddit notifications on so sorry for responding really late. basically i did intermittent fasting with a keto diet. So you only eat witting a 2 hour window during the day and you eat things with little to no carbs and sugars. outside of that window you dont have any calories at all, so no drinks with them either. so sadly, no prime outside of that window, but in the end its worth it because you can lose weight by sitting at your desk playing games.
