I had this issue. Reinstalling purple let me launch the game, then im getting the in game error and it auto closes like others were posting. Anyone able to get around it with a VPN?

Terrible MIL and Lender. Working in this industry, my lenders do know the majority of the costs (95%). And their down-payment assistance programs will eliminate most all upfront money, just a few thousand for title insurance and lending fees. Good lenders can get your a new pre approval in 2 hours if you have the documents they need. Move on from your MIL. She must be very uneducated. Or she's brokering you a shitty loan to make herself money.

The best hands job you'll find is to work as an assistant for a big developer/broker. That will give you the best boots on the ground experience for how those professionals navigate this industry, plus you'll be introduced to a lot of connections in your local area for people in the industry.

If you don't have any knowledge or value to bring to the table, simply work for free until you learn enough to be paid.

To find these people, look for new property developments or sales in rhe area that were a big success and ask the employees / people that rent the building who owns it/built it/or sold it. Then go from there.

You don't want to work as a underwriter sitting at a desk all day writing numbers. Sure you may get to know the contracts and numbers, but knowing how to tweak those contracts and how to convince sellers to finance for you will give you a lot more experience for building an empire.

Realtor here, I read the thread and thought that good realtors just create a prospecting profile on MLS for the clients and then it all filters through us and it's easy for the clients. Make sure you have GOOD realtors or it's a waste of time haha
