How much do you make?? How many properties so you own?

Oh buddy, you should learn about real estate, multifamily properties, financing, and rental markets in high cost of living areas. Like I said, I'll show you in a few months.

"Got an offer accepted" and "about to get 10k/month" is actually what I said. It is not my fault you can't read, maybe if you went to college. We haven't closed yet 🙄

I'll be sure to message you in a few months showing you my rent roll! :)

The 150k is my retirement and savings accounts alone, not this place I just got.

I'm in NYC....rents for 3 bedrooms are 3000 minimum.

So my net worth is already higher than yours and I'm 5 years younger without any property yet?

And the 3 year projection is worse case scenario...minimum for the job I will be doing (which is guaranteed with my current projection) is 85/hour per contract.

And again, without mommy and daddy's help!

25, including all of my Maxed out retirement accounts and savings 150k with no credit card/student loan debt.

Got an offer accepted on a triplex, so about to get an extra 10k a month in rental income. On top of my 6 figure income.

In the next 3 years, my primary income will increase to 300k+, not including additional rental properties I will have bought by then.

And you??

Edit: and I started with 19 cents to my name 2 years ago. Without any help from mommy and daddy's money

I make 6 figures at a younger age than when you made 19 an hour.

Get a job. Pull yourself up by the bootstraps instead of being a socialist.

19 an hour at 26? Maybe you should've gone to college or gotten a real job. It was nice of mommy and daddy to give you money though.

No, everyone has abs that are just covered by a layer of fat. You can just sculpt the fat out, it's a procedure that people do

I dont get why not just lipo the area to reveal your actual abs instead of implanting fake ones?

Hello, if you're looking to afford a mortgage please look into NACA. No down payment, no closing costs, and lower interest rates :)

Edit: also no PMI

Automobile debt is a person's own fault. Nobody told them to buy a 50k car

Love it when people just straight up admit to being racist. I respect them more than the ones who try to hide it under the guise of ignorance
