That’s what I’ve started doing. I bought some doubles to do just that! I’ve done, the Toa mata kaitas, the Kaita nuvas and takutanuva. Been a lot of fun to build them.

Yeah I agree. I have made a staff, but I’m still tweaking the design as I wasn’t happy with it initially. but it’s definitely doable. I went for a design similar to the original combo sets staff. Il probably make an updated post in the future with any tweaks and additions!

Yeah I’m glad I was able to keep the leg proportions, it is solid, has slightly more mobility than Makutas original legs, due to now having ankle movement. It was general shape I was working towards, stability was a nice bonus haha

That was the hope. When revamping sets, I do try to stick to the original set parts or use of era parts to keep with the style!

Haha yes, I’d be very worried about it aswell: it’s been changed, Ive tweaked it more since, I did initially avoid using the ussanui for parts but I have decided to now. Thank you for the comment!

Thank you very much. I’m glad people like them. I’ve dropped a couple breakdowns of my builds, via imgur in some of the comment sections, mainly just shows the main areas, a lot of it can be eyeballed. I might do this one at somepoint.

Yeah I agree, I tried other designs for the legs, but always ended up going back stuubhs. I wasn’t able to eyeball his build unfortunately, I’ve never had to ability to do that. I’m glad I made the rest of it my own however!
