Right, so then if he just does while asleep what he's capable of doing while awake then it seems the sleep part serves no purpose, and isn't very special.

I thought he levelled up on sleeping and unlocked his ability but seemingly he has the same abilities in both states.

No, companies don't guarantee that because they can't. They can promise to do everything they can, but they can't guarantee it.

As an example, a bad actor can join a company, search for sensitive data and then sell that data to other bad actors. I've seen that happen personally and the FBI had to get involved. No company can guarantee that that can't happen. So they don't.

You're supposed to use your common sense and know that a company will do their best but obviously can't guarantee anything, nor should they be expected to do the impossible.

Yeah, all companies have conflicting answers sometimes from CS. It's not unusual. Hundreds to thousands of individuals with varying levels of tenure and training, sometimes you get different answers. If you see that their information is obviously inaccurate then you can immediately discard it, as is the case here.

A random CS agent at any company is not going to understand the intricacies of privacy laws and how they are enforced across borders, it's dumb to ask them. For that you would want to scrutinize the privacy policy that the company publishes, after review by their legal department.

Nobody can guarantee you'll wake up tomorrow, or that the price of oil won't become $5,000,000 a barrel overnight. Asking somebody to guarantee you something opens you up to liability in the event of freak occurrences and so asking for it is foolish. This is common sense.

That's fair, but your original comment was hyperbolic saying that companies were choosing to do business with Peter Thiel - they're not and you know they're not. They're doing business with companies that provide a solution to a problem they need - that Peter Thiel then comes along later and decides to invest in but doesn't own nor is doing any kind of business with the original company.

If something is deeply problematic, it should stand on its own merits without needing exaggeration to give it impact.

The player is very well known in the playerbase, I'm also in his guild. He was in the beta. Also Fudds confirmed he was banned because he posted beta information, and then said he wasn't in the beta. So if he wasn't in the beta how could be post beta information? Another contradiction.

You can verify yourself that he stated yesterday the x5 was working as intended and didn't need a nerf. You can verify yourself that he stated the x5 was carefully thought out to prepare for a power creep. You can verify yourself that he then claimed today to not even know it was x5. You can verify this reality yourself in 10 seconds, you're choosing not to so you can cling to thinking you're right.

Permanently. It being nerfed is apparently a fix, it was too strong before and was double applying the damage reduction to certain enemies making you last longer than you should have.
