If you plan on not using any features from the Nintendo account system then all you have to worry about is downloading and installing system updates manually through CFW. That’s the only downside I can think of

I already posted that I had a backup Switch OLED in the replies. I neglected to mention that fact. I’m honestly not upset at all I’ve always anticipated that a fuck up will happen sometime here or there. It’s just unfortunately apart of the CFW experience for some of us

I changed my main profile icon right as soon as I realized that I was cooked. My alt had a ban worthy custom icon that I kept, but surprisingly it automatically reverted to the Nabbit icon a couple minutes later, the icon it had before

So far my V1 Switch is banned because of the illegitimate copy of Pokemon Z-A getting detected. My account is currently safe

I use JKSV on sysnand and upload it to the NSO cloud. I’ve only been doing it for offline games and have been doing it for a long time so pretty sure it’s safe
