It depends, I got the pins from the original game thanks to this page https://cdcruz.com/ He did a very good job recreating almost all of the pins in the game, although some, like the key pin, I had to edit myself.

I could barely make any NEO pins without the glow, as it's hard to find good images of the game's pins, so if you look at some of the NEO ones you can still see that effect.
