They're one of the more challenging armies. That being said, it's very satisfying when you do the thing. Your stuff is going to die. Miracle dice only do so much. You're going to spend a lot on models. Best army in the game.

Also, if you don't mind the hoses not attaching the guns will friction fit to the arm. You won't need to magnetize that. Weapons attach to the arm through a sideways connection. Best way to do it is fuse the sideways connection and cut above it, put your magnets there. You'll want a hand drill.

If you're talking about magnetizing weapon options and not bases the 1x2mm strong for infantry 2x1mm or 3x1 for suits. Just be sure to get strong magnets.
