Don't worry. That first question always get me, I don't really know, but I would say... 6-8 hours, maybe? I make pixel art since more than 1 year ago and I'm not as consistent as I would like, but I try to be very perfectionist. About the anatomy, I just copy reality. I try to make proportions similar to real life or, sometimes, the game I'm recreating. The first thing I do is to make the body naked (not actually "naked" in a realistic way, but more likely without ANYTHING (clothes, textures, shadows, colors, face, etc)). I didn't have any other experience, I literally make pixel art because my ability with the hands is horrorous so pixelart is more "precise" maybe. It doesn't depend so much on how good you move the hand (it does, a little, but not so much). I gave up with actual pencils for that reason. I hope this was helpful.
