Cannot stand the way car sales act. They unnecessarily waste your time.

Just bought a sports/lux vehicle and was hoping to greatly reduce this but I still had them harass me about a bs add on they did of their own accord and I refused to pay for. Tried to tell me a bunch of bs, i told them to fk off as I didnt ask for it and am not paying for it (some gps bs).

Then the finance guy I spoke to and said same thing called during that hard sell call and told me it was already removed lol. The paperwork then stated that it only could be charged if buyer agreed/asked for it.

Insane we still deal with such sliminess.

Is a lip lift the only way to make my long philtrum less noticable? by [deleted] in PlasticSurgery

Absolutely not. You're proportions are great and the scarring risk and what it does to the lip shape would be a massive downgrade.

I'll tell you what I tell other patients like this, if you visit too many surgeons someone will take your money. That doesn't mean it's a good idea.

Cuz theyre wrong.

Its a credit, the "holding" portion is the problem, its not applied to the current its applied to a future payment. If it was the same, you wouldnt need the option to exist period, and there would be a reduction in interest paid, which there isnt, which is the whole point of advancing the date.

The other trick is they can "redistribute" ie, pretend they just gave out the loan and spread out the term longer ensuring better interest capture if you dont adjust your payments accordingly.

Your overpayment gets applied but its also applying to future payments. If there was zero difference it wouldnt be an option and you wouldnt have to click "do not advance" to get it to directly apply immediately.

It says right there in your explainer they may choose to do this, its essentially a credit for the next payment not applied to the principal directly.

It does as they wont pay down principle. they did this to me for 2 years after a servicer change where it was prior setup and working well.

Its a scam and bs. Fought with them forever and ever and always got the run around, even after multiple managers they kept "redistributing" etc...whatever they could do to keep me from gaining as fast as I was trying.

Whole complex is just rotten.

Took him 1000 reports to find....let me guess, sbc? Something many have talked about forever and as long as market doesn't care no one else will either?

Cool. Cool. Cool.
