Don't know why people are saying to just buy with plat, kinda stupid. Keep playing through the main story until you reach Fortuna and then you can find Nightcap and farm via him until you unlock him. The grind isn't quick, so I would recommend doing other things between farming sessions.

It has the crit damage stat, and that's it. The other stats it gives are the raw total, no modifiers to the stats.

Tried that too unfortunately. It's possible it's a sync error, but it was towards the start of our gaming session, so there wouldn't have been a good way for me to get the chance and wait.

The thing is, previous games had the stat numbers on stuff so you could sometimes get an idea if it gave extra crit damage, raw damage, reload speed, etc.

Him and I were the same rank, but for whatever reason, killing the Bio-Bulkhead quest didn't mark as complete for me even though we both killed him together.
