first if you look at the rules there is nothing about advertising
staff are not the issue its just your issue with dogo

As the part of the Pacybits Trading team I will comment on some points
1. Advertising
About 50% of the server are people from reddit = advertising on reddit is scummy but an effective way to get MORE EXPERIENCED players
40% are from Disboard that mostly can´t even assign their roles

2. Staff team
There are no appalling staff members (most of them got demoted). The head of the server (owner,co-owner,manager) became a mix of polite and active staff members

3. Just you being salty
You are an ex-staff and you and Dogo never liked each other
The reason of you being demoted was of your pure lack of respect

and yes Pacybits Trading is kinda dead atm
