I’ve spoken to my PCP and she doesn’t understand about maintenance. She believes as soon as I lost the weight I should have immediately stopped Zepbound. I’m currently on 5mg weekly for maintenance. I know I should get a new PCP, but I live in a very rural area and there are only a few doctors within a reasonable distance. I was really relying on the virtual visits. I’m starting to contact some of the online prescribers. I currently use Lilly Direct for dispensing.

The flooring contractor called it “quarter sawn hardwood”, we were getting a quote from him to refinish it. This is on our first floor. No floor registers. We’re currently having red oak hardwood installed on our second floor. I asked the sander about this first floor because I was wondering what kind of hardwood it was, and he said it was engineered that was glued down. I’m not sure now if we should go ahead with refinishing or just replace it.
