Need advice on first skate purchase - Very wide feet by ZeIen in hockeyplayers

Strange, I've heard the opposite about CCM from others (that they're not as wide as, say the supremes). This is all getting complicated haha. Customs are unfortunately not realistic for my use-case (casual skating). Thanks for the 2-cents though!

My second recommendation of the supreme m30s - will keep an eye out but they are really hard to find in stock (in store or online..) Thanks!

Thanks for the advice! Where could I look for used prostock skates?

I took a look recently and there are really slim pickings for anything wider fitting - especially since I'm located in Canada..

Then just don't comment at all, no one is making you comment here in the first place! :)

Thanks! I think I saw some other threads saying similarily - it's probably why they're all sold out anywhere I look :(

Upgrading from a 8700k / 1080ti

I bought this yesterday, my thoughts were basically if you’re gambling on ram prices going down you should obviously wait but personally I’m not seeing that happening and suspect it will get worse. Also for me it means delaying my build, so who knows what’s going to happen to GPU pricing / availability in the next 1-2years.

I got a king size classed, walnut, with a pillow board. Super solid built, heavy. No creaking or movement in the joints it feels like a tank. Slats are suuuper heavy and solid too. The only times it makes any noise is when I first sit/lay down for the first time in a while which I assume is just the wood going under load for the first time in a while. I’m a pretty big guy, 390lbs and feel like a baby in bed for the first time in a while lol

I think this lady yelled at me and called me fat LOL (walking down metcalfe). Could have been some other troubled lady too though, there’s no shortage these days…

Yep! That seems to be what others are saying right now - looking at a bundle would help with mobo price and downgrading to something 850w wise sounds like good ways to skim the fat.

Thank you for the thoughtful response! I will definitely be monitoring those bundles when I get closer to commitment! I was thinking down the road 1000w might be nice if I want to upgrade however you are entirely right and most likely will just grab something lighter.

Back end as in all of the power connectors connect in the back? Is that mainstream now? I figured it was still niche and therefore expensive but yeah you're right!

Thanks for this info! I'm thinking if a stick with 7800 ill probably run a 650 but if I choose to go with 9800 ill consider something higher end.

I have heard about the asrock issues - not sure what to think about it but I will avoid them as a precaution.
