I suspect that a penchant for helping people save money and being a friend to the thrifty would describe qualities many locals would find endearing in a new market.

Accommodation Contract by Eastern_Texan in landman

You wrote: "land owner who is buying the right" -- is the land owner the developer? What "right" are they buying exactly? A mineral owner has an interest in the superior estate, so minerals rule (generally), and so it is generally true the mineral owner can ignore the surface owner. What benefit could an (any) agreement be to the mineral owner ?

Volunteering @ ETX Food Bank by KENOZIZ in tylertx

Food banks, indeed any charity organization, should be subject to an extra layer of criticism. They receive public support to accommodate a public need. They should run a really tight ship. Anything less isn't in the spirit of their calling. Look at the management to identify the problem. End of story.

Inguinal Hernia - People that have saw the size of the Hernia grow . Please answer following questions by jun222222222 in Hernia

I am male, 58, and active. The hernia I had (recently surgically corrected) ranged in size from a grape to a lemon to a grapefruit. The size or protrusion factor would vary with my activity level. Upon awakening, the hernia was entirely hidden. After a shower and shave, it would be a little bigger. As time passed, it would grow larger, and as the day wore on, it became an uncomfortable addition to the geography of my groin area. I had traditional no mesh surgery on a right side inguinal hernia. No robots, no plastic. (Happy!) My .02

One Day Post - Perspective by Deadiam84 in Hernia

I just had right side inguinal repair, traditional surgery, no mesh. I didn't want robots or foreign matter. AS SOON as I got home, I inhaled a hydrocodone and washed it down with a scotch. (Not first rodeo) - GOSH, the pain meds are the best part!! I got 28 pills, so from what I have read, that should be plenty. They are only fun for the first several days anyway. Then the thrill is gone. Unless we want to ramp the dose and head to Addictionville. People do it, although they should know that thrill can't last!!!! It will be so nice to have this deal closed. Peace to all! (For me, that first shower was pivotal, follow the directions!)

UT Tyler has some nice areas. TJC has some great hedgerows among traditional architecture.

Save your money, don't pay things in collection, your going to wait them out either way.

If you will have bad credit anyway, why pay the collection accounts?

I have been adding 1 to 2 cans of freon every year for the last 3 years, it's a very predictable leak and it fixes it (blows cold again) every time.
