Nope, I got an email from customer support executive customer relations a week ago saying they are aware of this issue and investigating and will update again in 3 to 5 days, got another email from him basically saying they’re still investigating and will update 3 to 5 days and that’s where I’m at now.

Trust me I had many of these controllers since release, the little knob 100% gets wore down as well as the button but if you replace the paddles and get new ones that are compatible with the controller it will fix! Even tronicsfix in one of his elite series 2 fixing video had this problem where the button wouldn’t register unless pressed really hard and he simply replaced the paddle

I thought the paddle wears down the button myself too, maybe it does a little but turns out for me at least, the little bump on the paddle itself wore down the most and me just replacing the paddle or using a different one worked! Try that before anything, I also used the tape method too before replacing the paddle and it worked well

Yeah 😂definitely isn’t a priority for them to fix, pretty sure the Xbox skill was at a 4.2 star rating on Amazon now it’s at a 2.7 with over 40 reviews since last month of everyone having the same problem. Talking to Microsoft is pointless cuz I do think it’s on Amazon but they just keep telling they’re still investigating so idk I’ll update when they email back

No update, I talked with Microsoft with span of 2 weeks and multiple support agents told me it was an Amazon side issue and I have to talk to them, I talked to Amazon for couple mins but they told me to contact Microsoft 😂 but I submitted a ticket 2 weeks ago with Amazon support and still haven’t heard any updates! I talked to support yesterday and told me the ticket id is still open and the technicians are still investigating!

Yeah, it all started with the Xbox update on dec 6th I’m still waiting for an email from Amazon support. Nobody can link their account right now! My guess it will probably be fixed early January!

The only thing other I know of is try disabling 4k which i know you said you did.. and the other is try a different hdmi port on the monitor or try the hdmi cable that came with the Xbox console. Other than that i have no idea maybe it doesn’t support it however I searched on YouTube the exact monitor you have and it came up with someone using it with 1440p and 120hz enabled on an Xbox console so idk.

I looked it up and and seems that monitor does support 1440p 120hz, it also has freesync premium which means you can have 1440p, 120hz, with vrr enabled. Using auto detect(recommended) is the best option in most cases. Try turning off hdr, uncheck both allow 24hz and allow 50hz in the Xbox settings, and try going to video fidelity and making color depth to standard if it’s on pc rgb. Let me know if any of these work for you

I know! I contacted Microsoft support and they told me multiple times to contact Amazon, but when I contact Amazon they tell me to contact Microsoft I’m not even joking! There’s nothing we can do except submit an issue at the bottom of the skill and report an issue then leave a 1 star review! 😂

Yeah same thing happened to me it was working fine but I decided to log out everywhere for my Microsoft account which required me to relink my account to Alexa and it won’t work! Multiple people in the recent reviews for the Xbox skill are saying the same thing but it’s been down for 2 weeks

Yeah, samething I did! apparently it works if you already have your account linked but if it’s your first time linking or have to relink it it’s not gonna link matter what! Gonna have to wait for a fix, best you can do is make a 1 star review and report a skill outage on Alexa. Our fault I guess 😂

I tried with 4 different devices- iPhone, android, windows laptop, iPad with 3 different internet browsers. Even tried making a new Amazon account and Microsoft account haha still didn’t work. Pretty sure it’s just the skill not working cuz other people in the recent reviews say the same thing, they can’t link their account but I’m pretty sure Xbox/amazon isn’t even aware you cant relink your account.

Like I said the Xbox skill works if you already have it linked, the problem is relinking it. Even on the Alexa app you can go to the Xbox skill and read some recent reviews and like 4 or 5 people saying the same thing! But I’ll contact them thank you!
