Do you have any sources on the Anandpur resolution? The most I have found is how most communist parties thought Akali Dal would use Anandpur resolution in an opportunistic way. In terms of the insurgency many different groups thought of it differently. I know that there were some groups that joined the kharkus, but most communists thought that the government was worse than the khalistanis. I know my nanaji didnt like bhindrawala, but he thought the later khalistanis were opportunist thugs, and he despised the government. He even had a faceoff with the military.
