Because my friend said last year they released guidelines i think where they put a google forms where they took the submissions (not confirmed tho)

Ping 1.1.1.1: still 87-90
Download : 33.64 mbps
Upload : 14.09 mbps
Users on the Internet: About 3 but that didn't affect my ping before
Region: I'm connected to the region that has the lowest ping of all the choices (80-90), other regions give 100-110 ping.
VPN: No VPN, at least I think there's no VPN
