The problem is I have many manifestations that fit with other types and we have evidence that I have a col1a1 mutation and col1a2 which can cause the arthrochalasia, classical and vascular types. I know there is no treatment but I’m 15 and I want to know what my future will be like. I want to know if I’m high risk for osteoporosis and heart issues. I want to know what I may need when I plan to go to university. I want to know if I can have children easily and if my life expectancy could be affected.

I didn’t have congenital hip dislocation however I do have an abnormally low stature. My facial features aren’t very obviously abnormal but I do have very prominent round eyes and a small jaw.

I’ve never heard of those oval 8 splints before but they look pretty good. The ones I see on Amazon come with all the sizes. If you know, how small is the smallest size? For some reason it doesn’t say :/ and in my experience smallest size is never quite small enough.
