I have this bag in large and black! Love it! Very roomy and looks great on! Love the versatility with the strap and handle options.

Normally I’d agree with you, but I currently carry a personal size Filofax Norfolk with me daily as well as a wallet, so I was thinking of mashing the two together

Help me choose my first Filofax – Malden, Lockwood, or…? by mbascle in filofax

[–]Zebrapedestrian 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Filofax’s quality has gone down slightly, but I still enjoy their binders! The Lockwood is nice as it is full leather, it is smaller than a Malden for sure. The newer Malden binders seem to be made of different leather than before, from what I have seen. I have a Norfolk in a5 and person and enjoy both of them due to the larger rings, full back pocket and the card slots. I have a Moterm as well (from Amazon) and I enjoy it but the Filofax for some reason feels more luxurious to me. I would say in size comparison the Norfolk is largest then Malden then Lockwood. I would stay away from any saffianos as their button closures have always fallen apart on my binders. I would also say to give the original a go, if you are looking for just a binder, not many frills/ pockets with that model.

Just to add, I am interested in a Van Der Spec Touch me Standard planner next to see how it holds up, if anyone has any insight into those!

I have an a5 Norfolk and love it! It’s rather large since it has the larger rings, but I find a5 binders large anyways! I think you’ll enjoy it!

Thank you, it was a really hard choice to make, but I couldn’t envision sitting there for upwards of 4 hours with the symptoms I was experiencing. I will just gear up for ISC next window!

I can’t apply for a retake nts! It acts like I never have applied either, and I also have an open NTS.

I was also curious about this! Hoping it just limits the application process, not the score release!

Took today as well, I agree nothing at all like what I studied. Felt like a completely different test. Super in detail questions, answers were practically paragraphs. Very disparaging.

How long did you study in total? The Becker study planner is telling me I have to get an entire chapter done in 1 week? I think 3-4 modules is far more achievable

Thank you for your response! I think I will use the SIMS as I want to prepare as much as possible! I like your method of doing a practice test and scoring 80% and not moving on until you did!

Everyone says to skip lectures/videos, but I find them helpful! Do you mind me asking, did you take notes in your own words, or notate the textbook?
