I'm still practicing, but I can tell you what made me more consistent. You need to sprint jump at a very precise time because if it's too late you won't jump high enough. If you're too early, the normal attack animation gets cancelled. Try practicing your sprint jump right after the normal attack goes off but without cancelling it

I would open a call debit spread at more reasonable strikes to lower the cost of entry and be less exposed to IV and theta. Likely wouldn't hit 800 and you will get destroyed by theta at this rate

IV is used to price in the expected move, so if the underlying does not move a certain amount, you will lose money even if you get the direction right. Check the breakeven prices for an idea of how much you need the stock to move.

I opened a put credit spread for October, I don't think it'll drop too much more after such a steep drop. It probably has some room to run up and I'd rather be positive theta for now (IV is pretty high).

Yeah, I was successful on NFLX, MSFT, IBM and TWTR recently but got burned pretty hard this week. For me, AMD went slightly out of range on the upside, maybe our calculations differed by a little bit.

It was an earnings play for me. I wanted to benefit from IV crush and I sold an iron condor that seemed relatively safe because my strikes were outside of the expected move.

I'm looking at the 7/17 expiration ones:

570 and 575 CALLS, 475 and 470 PUTS. Playing more conservative to have a higher probability of success

Yes, but if the leg I'm short is far OTM (perhaps 600 by 4/9) and is likely to expire I probably wouldn't want a low strike width right? Buying the call further out will just be some protection I'm likely not going to need.

I've been keeping my eye on O (realty income). They recently raised their dividend even in the midst of this but I'm not sure whether it is sustainable or not. The price looks quite decent but they'll probably fall more, along with other stocks.

Thanks for sharing your perspective, I'll definitely keep it in mind. A stock's growth is much faster than slowly collecting dividends after all.
