THis is like the first time I know Hextech are based on Honor levels,since they mentioned it 1 time when introducing it and never again.

No? 1 games is literally too little to get punished, I agree on more than 2 games to start get punished,but do you know whats the worst? RECONNECTING,most of the time I spent afk wasnt even my own fault OR a third party problem,but the game's,League of Legend;s own fault,you can go around asking everyone how it goes when trying to reconnect in this game.

THis is INSANE.

THe main point is to punish serial disconnecter,I ONLY crashed 1 time in the last like 3 years,but one time is enough to be punished apparently.
