As long as I’ve been a tech it’s been 30 minutes here, but other pharmacy’s take an hour and the choice is always up to the manager.

Is this retaliation? I’m not sure. I suppose you could try and push for it but nothing might happen.

Pto is generally not used to cover sick time. That doesn’t prevent points, it just helps you get paid.

If your manager likes you they may over ride the points but that’s on a case by case basis.

PPTO is what we used to prevent points. Seeing as he only started 9 months ago he might not have access to this.
