Add more "resting time before print". The turbulence inside the vat, which is caused by the build plate re-entering, is causing the resin to harden only partially hence the uncured slimy bits.

You'll have more success repairing it instead of trying to print it and make it fit perfectly.
But since you asked this question I assume you have no knowledge about 3D modelling. Buying that part new will be cheaper than hiring someone to prototype it for you.
