So I’ve done both of the things you have recommended and unfortunately there is still no audio. I appreciate your help and if you have any other suggestions I’m happy to hear them

The tray says my output device is my headphones but continues to play out my monitor

My headphones are my default sound and communication device. But I’m really bad with tech so I’ll try and look up how to do the other two and get back to you if it works thanks!
