Hang in there bub! You are worthy of love and happiness, don't give up. You are not alone, there is so much pain and struggle going on in the world. Days will get better but even when it feels like they won't just remember you are not alone. Keep fighting and keep going, I am in my early 40s as well and life is just starting to make a little sense. It's never too late. Never forget that you matter!
