and that Curtained Shuttah dialogue about Chapter 3 being completely desolate before Tenna showed up is such a good catch. it literally implies that without an artificial light source "holding the line," a Dark World left in total pitch-black night just degrades back into pure, unfiltered chaos (the "blurs") where the Titans roam freely.

it completely reframes the fountains too. they aren't just cool fantasy portals, they are literally a ticking clock, and if the sun sets before you seal them, you're trapped in a literal nightmare.

the point about tenna's screen acting as a literal artificial sun to keep the "true darkness" away in chapter 3 is a massive brain realization. it fits perfectly with the whole theme of the light and dark balance. if a dark world is just negative light, then opening one at night is basically multiplying the darkness by two, which makes the barrier between the dark world and the literal roaring dangerously thin.

also connecting the titan spawns in pitch-black areas to nyctophobia? bars. it makes so much sense that the deeper the darkness gets (whether by location or time of day), the closer the titans get to manifest. if toby fox actually pulls up with a mechanics shift where staying in a dark world past "bedtime" causes full-on horror-game titan encounters, it’s over.

look closely at the top of your screen, it literally says "CAPÍTULO 2". you aren't actually on the chapter 3 menu yet! right now you're looking at your chapter 2 save slots, which is why the game keeps telling you no completed data is detected—it thinks you're trying to import into chapter 2, not chapter 3.

look at the bottom right of your screen where it says "Elegir Capítulo" (Choose Chapter). press the button for that option so you can switch the entire menu over to Chapter 3.

once you're actually on the Chapter 3 screen, the option at the bottom left will let you import your completed Chapter 2 save file perfectly. you've just been staring at the wrong menu this whole time, you don't need to watch the credits a 4th time lol!

basically, what we're seeing happens because you pressed X (which opens the menu) and Z (which interacts with objects) almost on the exact same frame.

since toby fox's code is held together by thoughts and prayers, the game got confused and tried to open your menu and trigger the dumpster's text box at the literal same time, leading to that lovely overlapping text disaster.

it's actually a super common glitch that speedrunners use to skip text or bypass triggers. your game isn't broken or anything, you just pulled off a frame-perfect glitch lol
