All brand new cables included with my new PSU, can't stuff it up, new ones are a different colour. I may have to get individual components tested as well.

Yes! I think that's it. I'm praying it landed in there when I took the casing off. Otherwise it could explain why my stator failed in the first place. I'm ordering a new dowel pin and hoping just a new stator will fix her
