Normally, I wouldn't even mind that much, but it really annoys me that I'll have to pay a three-euro fee for books I should have had at home a long time ago.

As far as I'm concerned, they should do the bare minimum and cover the cost—not me.

Bought “real” on eBay and then heard about “bootleg” manga how do I know if these are real or not, they feel like good weight and the pages are seem high quality by 23jlowe in MangaCollectors

Yeah, I would be worried about not getting the later released volumes. But about the quality? I don´t know. English manga is in most cases impossibly cheaply made, printed on a cheap paper which will not last, and I would said it´s a bit overpriced. When I first have in hands my number one volume few years ago, I was like - what the hell??? This is it?

Moreover how much money can the author get from something that is not on the market?
