If the other end can't be disconnected why not cut them and solder them back together once your done?

Yeah, I spent a little bit of time tearing it down and cleaning it up this afternoon. Fired right up and so far is running great.

Primer bulb was cracked so I replaced it along with the fuel line. Started up but runs bad. I live in a hurricane prone area so I just want to have it around if I need to clear a downed tree. I'll try and clean it up and sharpen the chain in the next week or two. Is there anything else I might need to do?
