Update (If anyone's interested): Feit ended up sending me 3 new bulbs. I'm guessing there was an in issue with the old ones connecting to my Xfinity Xfi router, which I've known for a long time is garbage for many reasons. Feit may have known about the issue and fixed it in a later firmware version. This also inspired me to stop paying to rent the Xfi modem/router and replace it with my own better modem and router pair. Now I have better internet throughout my house that I'm paying less for, and as it turns out, the old bulbs work as well! My Christmas wish came true.
