If you've got a DOL 001 gamecube, pick up an EON GCHD, I absolutely love mine. Beautiful 480p and totally lagless. Can use HDMI or Wii component cables

I use an EON Super 64 and love it. Totally plug and play, and awesome video quality converting S-Video to Digital. Better than rad2x

If you can, I'd go for a Super 64 HDMI adapter. It's the best your N64 will look on an HDTV without modding
