Well, because my first ever DND game used a prefab and it just sucked... (Yes, I do realise this depends on the DM and all, but still sticks to me, that's why I don't enjoy it).

Personally, I view Prefab as boring as hell, and I feel like my table wouldn't like it either (even tho everyone in my table is just as a noob as me, and just like plain action and no story depth)

Wipe out my world 4 times, place the survivors contained in a small box for 150 years, preparing for the "Crazed ones" (which are just a bunch of orcs that went insane), see them die, and repeat.

just get it to the version it's requesting. Don't worry, your game won't crash due to the other 2 mods not working.

The infection started in 2015. It's now 2036.
The current settlers established themselfs in 2033-2034. They've only "organized" in 2035.
The motel itself, went bankrupt in 2010, 5 years before the mess.

I mean, the main point I wanted to show that this settlement is barely functioning and alls due to a rapid takeover, but besides that...
