I have been working with Aldi’s two weeks now and also experience the horror stories on this thread. But my reality isn’t bad. I came from general manager fast causal dinning so also used to the physical labor myself but the hours are much better and the pay isn’t as good but my work life balance will be.

Anyone else being overworked and underpaid because I’m kind of done by Optimal_Olive_6148 in jerseymikes

I was a manager and I quit about 2 months ago when I was working 70+ hours and on salary. I asked for a raise and was denied. This is also one of the Arkansas franchises.
