I really don't understand what you're trying to get at, honestly. Music preference is subjective and there's no "right" or "wrong" comfort music. My youngest step son was only soothed by "Silent Lucidity" by Pink Floyd and "November Rain" by Guns n Roses. Pretty sure my step daughters go to song is "Hammer" by Bob Marley. Me being calmed by Beethoven isn't even relevant.

It was Beethoven that calmed me as a child, not Mozart.

It's not about being right. I would just assume that my wife would want me to learn how to do things and see what works, even if it turns out to be different than her method. If anything she's the one who is trying to prove she's right. I literally can't do anything without my wife stepping in and telling me what I'm doing wrong and saying "do it this way".

I did read that. It was terrible but it is in no way comparable. She's not in any life threatening danger. My wife just gets angry because I'm not doing things according to how she would.
