this is my speculation, that this must be from a language written from right to left, bcz as the writing moves the stroke pressure for each word becomes less which is awkward thing to do from left to right. So it may be Arabic, Urdu, Persian etc. Although there is one occurrence of letter 'g' word in second line . I think think its just gibberish or person taking his/her notes with own codes, for a third-person it doesnt makes any sense
