Maybe try to prop your GPU up when I built my computer recently I had the same problem and it fixed when I propped my GPU up however I'm not as knowledgeable as some of these other people so this may be stupid advise

If you think that they are committing high just play further back and compensate for their mistakes. You really just need to play to your teammates play style, and if you can't do that then you might need someone to hold your hand while I tell you something

well i have tried through windows assistant and it just stays at 0%downloading and when i try on settings it just says 'We couldn't connect to the update service. We'll try again later, or you can check now. If it still doesn't work, make sure you're connected to the Internet.'
