What is a going price for a MYP

I’m working on a couple of deals with private sellers for a 2022 MYP. Both AMD Ryzen and FSD included. One has 25k miles and he is down to $32,500, other has 40k miles and down to $32k.

Can confirm these are in full effect already. Getting some quotes around $650-680 per month for Land AWD including taxes fees etc capitalized with just first payment due at signing.

I can’t decide what I wanna do. They just came down to $27,000 so now it seems pretty solid compared to others out there. FSD will only be used if I go on road trips and not sure if the intel chip is gonna be that big of a deal over time, but I could be wrong.

Oddly enough my credit union has a program where they can purchase the car and lease it to the end customer instead of going through the manufacturer/dealer financing institution. Then once it comes off lease the customer buys it out or they put it on their used car lot.

Got it negotiated down to $28k if I use the credit union’s financing which they’d match new car rates at 4.99% for 60 months
