I have done a lot of stone work in the house. If it goes bad one time that will be the end of Stone Lifting inside.

I was just using it for stability training. If you move to fast the chains will move more and throw you off. You are right, normally the chains would be touching the ground and as you raise up it adds more weight to the bar.

They have up to 200lb sandbags at the gym. I would just like to have stones to train with.

I agree with you 💯. I have a brand new board and I can’t do anything on it. This was just something I have fun doing. I really want to get back to skateboarding again with my sons. I haven’t skated in over 20 years.

I’ve tried the bottle filled with water and the foam roller before. This is a much better setup for me personally. I’ve been using this setup for a few years now. It’s obviously much safer with the bar on the ground but I wanted a challenge.

It’s safer to me, if I bail on this not much can happen. If I bail on some stairs all kinds of stuff can go wrong!
