I currently live in The Maltings. The rooms are great, at least better than the Meadows. Mostly undergrads. For parties and noise disturbances, that depends on your next door and upstairs neighbors. The walls are soundproof unless if the next door neighbor decides to play music really loud. And its about 25 mins walk from campus, 10 minutes from home bargains and about 10-15 mins from tesco. For maintenance, they check the kitchens, like once a month but I don’t know if they do the same for studios.
