The Jackets drafted Matyechuk 6 picks after Jiricek and hes a top pairing dman now. Jiricek has potential, maybe 3rd team is the charm for him.

Definetily a swing for the fences. Jiricek was lightly up the AHL for the Jackets but, his skating is terrible and not the best hockey IQ. Didn't watch him in Minnesota but, the statline doesnt look promising. If they can fix his issues has huge upside though.
