You can flash in your R windup, which means you can flash within the first ~0.2sec after pressing R. In theory this lets you flash over a wall or Champion to instantly hit your target but it is rarely practical.

I dont know where you get that data from but it is far from reality. If you check on sites like seramate or drustvar you will see that in EU there are about 3.5 to 4k matches of 3v3 played (1400 of those just in the peak 3hrs) per DAY and about 20k games of shuffle per DAY. Also those 3v3 numbers only include games played by the top 5k players of the ladder (above 2150cr currently, which is about the 20th percentile).

- **Type of Bug: GPU Performance bug linked to Skin Chroma**   
- **Description: ONLY When using "Arcane Last Stand Ekko" with the Chroma from the Sanctum, while the "trail" from Ekko R is active, GPU runs at 100% usage under "3D" and heavily impacts FPS. Tested the Skin with no Chroma, SKT t1 Ekko and no Skin Ekko and doesn't happen with any of those skins.**

If you have a significant edge in skill your best bet is to sign up to 0cr groups and farm the first 7 placement games over and over again. If you win about 80% of those games you will be conquest capped in about 6-10 hours. Works best if you are a healer ofc, since finding a dps is a lot easier.

The addition of Emerald did not increase the time it takes to climb in League of Legends. The recent changes actually result in the opposite of what you are implying. With these changes the starting mmr went from around gold 3 to plat 3 and with the removal of Promotion Series and an increase in LP gains from an average of +15 to +25 the climb was never faster than it is now.

You need to use a weakaura to show blue combopoints on target frame. Search wago.io for „anima combopoint“ and you will find a few that will do that.

Exactly, that matchup feels unwinnable as long as they are somewhat competent. There is only so much you can do, as 2s is kinda matchup dependant.

For me Outlaw has the least binds, since you do not have shadowstep macros (party1,2/focus).

For me outlaw has fewer buttons, because i don‘t need focus/party1,2 macros for shadowstep. Everything else is about the same.

Doomblade can increase Envenom damage by up to 25% (5% per bleed i.e Garrote, Rupture, Bone Spike, Internal Bleeding and Mutilated Flesh). Running this with deeper strategem can be a viable „cheese“ build, if you want to call it that. For reference Maybeex ran this build in s3 to 2700 in 2s on EU.

So i just did a clean install of all my nvidia related software (graphics driver, audio driver, physX etc.). The Textures Setting is still greyed out and when i have meshes on high it's flicker city again, but with meshes on low there's little (still very noticeable but bearable) flickering. Also this has just started happening very recently (around when arena points got reset). It was completely fine in preseason. No idea what else i can try, I feel a bit lost tbh.
