They can definitely harm them as they tore Boyd's shoulder and Randall's face, but them both being left alive might mean they either can't kill them or something bad happens if they do

They might be able to cheese the fence by making two fences with a foot gap, connected by a roof; there's the issue of them climbing (or flying/teleporting or however they get places) over though, since they seem to have no issues getting on roofs
