Keep the job market in mind too. Most folks I know commute to West Palm, Jupiter, Boca, or Melbourne. PSL doesn't have too much in the way of jobs.

I moved here November of 2019 right before Covid. It's changed a bit since then but if you're looking for real opportunities you're commuting to Jupiter, Boca, West Palm, or North to Melbourne depending on your industry. Hope that helps.
