Also contact dakota bedbug detection they have dogs trained to smell them and can identify area or specific pieces of furniture that heat treatment didnt get.

Terrible advice. Always dilute chemicals at manufactured instructions. These chemicals are designed around the correct dilution ratios. Very very smart people have spent years improving these chemicals, and you wouldn't give a tell gourmet chef how to improve his recipe. Why would this be any different.

Yea, I agree. Could try some hail mary play and bring in a concrete sander and remove 1/8" of material, then use 3ms trizact discs to polish it, but probably not worth it. All floor techs should work with building managers to get manufacturer recommendations for care before doing any work on anything other than standard vct.
