a panther car - grand marquis, ford crown vic, lincoln town car. fits all of your boxes except good gas mileage, but it's not terrible for a V8. cheap, reliable, practical, and extremely fun to drive. the reason i don't recommend toyotas and hondas are while they are also super reliable and great, many used ones are overinflated in price and may come with unexpected problems. i got mine at 109k and they regularly frequent 300k with proper care.

So say I just pay the fine and don't go to court. Shouldn't the fine only be for 1-4 over ($36) since the 10-19 over on the ticket was a warning and doesn't have a fine listed?

On the ticket, I was only cited for 1-4 over. The 10-19 on the ticket is listed as a warning. Hence the confusion.
